PBZ is one of the leading Issue Agents and Underwriters of sovereign, municipal and corporate financial instruments issues.

Since the beginning of 2000 to 31 March 2012 the Capital Markets Department participated in 182 domestic debt financial instrument issues (mostly commercial paper and bonds) totaling to HRK 68.1 billion and covering 81.0% of the total nominal amount issued.

  • Underwriting of financial instruments and/or offering of financial instruments on a firm commitment basis
  • Offering of financial instruments without a firm commitment basis
