Services provided by the Structured finance department are directed towards structuring project financing as well as other activities related to structured transactions.
Department's activities, amongst other, include the following:

designing and executing structured finance transactions

providing support to its clients during creation of optimal financial structure of the project

preparing financial projections of planned projects
-
identifying risks within the structured transactions and suggesting measures to mitigate those risks
-
participating in organisation and management of due diligence processes in order to prepare and execute structured transactions
-
participating in organisation and management of gathering financial sources needed for structured transactions.
