PBZ – Best Internet bank
Global Finance magazine announced that PBZ is the best internet bank in Croatia in the category World’s Best Internet Banks in Central and Eastern Europe.
Global Finance has for the thirteenth consecutive year announced the best in the category World’s Best Internet Banks. More on individual winners is expected to be published in the September issue of the magazine. The winners of the first round are marked in the following categories: Best Corporate/Institutional Internet Banks and Best Consumer Internet Banks at the country level. Winners were chosen among entries evaluated by a world-class panel of judges at Infosys and Global Finance editors that were responsible for the final selection of winners. Winning banks were selected based on the following criteria: strength of strategy for attracting and servicing online customers, success in getting clients to use web offerings, growth of online customers, breadth of product offerings, evidence of tangible benefits gained from Internet initiatives and web site design and functionality.
