Privredna banka Zagreb, from its wide range of products and services aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises and trades, now offers you a completely new service called PBZCOM-SMS which offers you the unique possibility of receiving text messages on your mobile phone, making your work even easier and saving you precious time.
Information is available to you every day and very simply on the balance or turnover on your business account, your overdraft on a business account, new products and the Bank’s terms of business.
Becoming a user of PBZCOM-SMS
In order to become a user of the PBZCOM-SMS service you need to hold a business account with Privredna banka Zagreb, fill in an application form (which is included in the brochure) and hand it in at any branch of the Bank or to your client relations manager or personal banker.
Using the PBZCOM-SMS service
If you have filled in the Application form for use of the PBZCOM-SMS service and you own a mobile phone, you have met the conditions for use of this service.
In order to use this service, it is necessary to define the mobile phone numbers (no more than 5 numbers) on which you wish to receive messages, and select the frequency of receiving messages: at the beginning and/or end of the working day, when the balance on your business account changes between 8 to 16 hours (messages are sent out every two and a half hours) or according to one or more selected criteria.
