Please note that from 1 January 2010 the OIB has become the basic personal identifier in communication with the public authorities and in financial transactions.
The use of the OIB means that everyone, creditors, clients and beneficiaries, have to do their business in a new way, including banks.
Accordingly, if you have decided to use the services of Privredna banka Zagreb d.d. and become one of our clients, from New Year when you come to a branch of Privredna banka Zagreb d.d., please bring with you the OIB certificate you received from the Tax Administration or the officer at the desk, with your permission, will look up your OIB, on the spot, through the internet service.
