Who can use the services of safe deposit boxes rental?
- the citizens of the Republic of Croatia
- individual legal persons
- legal entities
- foreign citizens
- foreign legal entities
Authorisation for teha use of a safe deposit box
- a physical person can authorise any other physical person for the use of a safe deposit box
- a legal entity shall for the use of a safe deposit box always authorise at least two physical persons
Term of utilisation of a safe deposit box
A safe deposit box may be available to a client for the term of:
- one month
- three months
- one year
What is possible to be deposited in a safe deposit box?
Jewels and precious property, numismatic and philatelic collections, reserve keys, savings books, securities, documents and the like
What is shall not be deposited in a safe deposit box?
Things that can endanger the safety of the Bank’s employees and premises or damage the safe deposit boxes and their content; things and materials that are inflammable, explosive, radioactive, perishable and liable to decomposition.
Termination of the use of a safe deposit box
The use of a safe deposit box will be terminated in the following cases:
- expiry of the rental contract
- cancellation of the contract due to non-compliance
- cancellation of the service by a client
- death of a client or termination of a legal entity
