Freezing the Account

If your account gets frozen and you provide funds for settlement on the same day, FINA may withdraw the blockade and not a single freezing of the account will be recorded in the system.

What’s important is for the funds to be paid into the account by 12 PM!

The PBZ system automatically sends a notice to FINA that funds are received at the following time:

  • 8 AM
  • 9 AM
  • 10 AM
  • 11 AM
  • 12 PM
  • 1 PM (preparing the messages takes an hour)

If the funds are paid after 12 PM, a notification can still be given by hand but no later than 2 PM. Then you need to contact the Payment Transactions department by telephone or e-mail. If the funds are paid into the account after 2 PM, then one part of freezing the account will be recorded, but you can request FINA to clear the blockage if you have proof that the funds in the account were provided on the same day when the blockage was activated.
