Fees
Bank Fee Tariff - Banks' Fees for Business Services with Domestic and Foreign Natural Persons - Citizens Defining Amounts of Fees in Businesses with Individuals-Consumers.
A natural person - the consumer can obtain a copy of the Bank's Tariffs on a specific contractual relationship with the Bank on request and without compensation. The Bank shall make available to the natural person, at his request and without compensation, a copy of the Bank's Tariff (in force and pre-valid for five years) within a time limit of 15 days from the date of such request.

The Bank is obliged to provide the consumer with a Fee Information Document (FID), ie a fee information document for all the services available on the market, before the consumer issues a bid or framework contract on the payment account a list of the most reputable service providers associated with your payment account, paper or other durable data carrier.
