The mutual relationships, rights and obligations between the Bank and the client – mandatory are regulated by a Contract on services in the name and for the account of.

The mutual relationships between the Bank and the borrower are regulated by a Loan Agreement concluded between the Bank, in the name and on behalf of the client – mandatory, and the borrower, under terms and conditions set by the client.
