We would like to inform you that there has been a change to the following documents of Privredna banka Zagreb d.d. (hereinafter: Bank) in doing business with corporate clients:

The General Terms and Conditions of Privredna banka Zagreb d.d. for transaction accounts and performing payment and other services for non-consumers have been changed and go into effect:

• In the part on enabling cross-border SCT instant credit transfers and the cessation of business with cheques on 2 December 2024
• in the part on implementing obligations pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2024/886 of the European Parliament and the Council of 13 March 2024 amending Regulations (EU) no. 260/2012 and (EU) 2021/1230 and directives 98/26/EC and (EU) 2015/2366 with regard to instant credit transfers in euros on 9 January 2025
• in the part on handling authorisations from the “List of Persons” document on 1 February 2025.

Fees for payment services for corporate clients

• The fees related to business with cheques are being deleted

SEPA Direct Debit (SDD) service expansion

Dear User(s),

We would like to inform you that as of July 7, 2024, Privredna banka Zagreb d.d. is expanding the SEPA direct debit service and enabling the initiation of direct debit orders to accounts in cross-border SEPA reachable banks in the Core and B2B schemes. In accordance with the above, the document Time of receipt and execution of payment orders was supplemented and published on the following link.
