SEPA Direct Debit (SDD) service expansion

Dear User(s),

We would like to inform you that as of July 7, 2024, Privredna banka Zagreb d.d. is expanding the SEPA direct debit service and enabling the initiation of direct debit orders to accounts in cross-border SEPA reachable banks in the Core and B2B schemes. In accordance with the above, the document Time of receipt and execution of payment orders was supplemented and published on the following link.

Dear customers,

Privredna banka Zagreb d.d has prepared a new schedule of fees for Transaction Banking services, which can be found on the Bank's website: https://www.pbz.hr/velika-poduzeca/vel-poduz-opci-uvjeti-dokumenti.html, which comes into effect on May 6th, 2024.

Of the most significant changes, we highlight:

  • Fees for monthly account maintenance are €6.50
  • Electronic payment orders internal are €0.38 per transaction
  • Electronic payment orders external are €0.43 per order
  • Collections from other banks are €0.16 per transaction
  • Electronic payment orders for cross-border and international payment transactions are 0.20% minimum €10.62 maximum €995
  • The fee for receiving and processing paper orders at the Bank's branches is €2.00 per order
  • Cash deposits and withdrawals at the Bank's branches are charged at 0.54% of the deposit or withdrawal amount
  • Cash deposits and withdrawals at the Fina's branches are charged at 0.51% of the deposit or withdrawal amount
  • Recording of cash deposits and withdrawals at the Bank or Fina are €0.8 per order
  • Deposits, withdrawals, and exchange of coins are charged at 3.3% of the amount

In addition to the above fees, fees related to opening a transaction account and issuing a FINA certificate, deposits in day-night safes at the Bank and Fina, and fees for withdrawing cash at ATM and POS devices have also been adjusted.
Changes in the amount of fees in the price list of Transactional Banking services were necessary due to the adjustment of the cost structure that the Bank has in the processes of developing new products, harmonizing with regulatory requirements, and executing the subject transactions.
