Due to the increased caution and protection from the coronavirus (COVID-19), in connection with the current measures and recommendations by the Croatian Civil Protection Directorate, we have changed the operation processes:

  •  Sinergo desk visits are possible with a prior announcement to the client relations manager (at least one day in advance)
  • We have expanded the services provided by the Service Centre through the online channels
  • Continuous improvements of digital communication channels

Available online communication channels for most of your needs:

  • Alternative communication channels (telephone, email)
  • Digital channels for providing the Bank's services (Internet and mobile banking, ATMs)
