Due to the increased caution and protection from the coronavirus (COVID-19), in connection with the current measures and recommendations by the Croatian Civil Protection Directorate, we have changed the operation processes:

  • Sinergo desk visits are possible with a prior announcement to the client relations manager (at least one day in advance) or by email poduzeca.sastanci@pbz.hr
  • We have expanded the services provided by the Service Centre through the online channels
  • We are working on the continuous improvement of digital communication channels
