Decision/Act/Articles of incorporation (not older than 90 days)
Notice of Classification according to the National Classification of Activities (by CBS)
Copies of the identification documents of the authorised representatives/owners and persons authorized for the disposal of funds in the transaction account
A certificate of the personal identification number (OIB) if not listed in the Articles of incorporation/NKD
Ownership structure/Attachment to the statement of the beneficial owner (only in case of complex ownership) or a list of the 10 largest shareholders taken from the stock exchange in the case of a legal entity with securities quoted on acceptable exchanges (EU; Switzerland or NYSE)
Excerpt from the Register of Beneficial Owners (not older than 30 days)
