Notice to the Clients

Dear Madam/SIr

We would like to inform you that, on the basis of the decision of the Ministry of Finance, changes have been made to the Annual Financial Statements Register service (AFSR = RGFI in Croatian). As of 03.02.2025, the rights to submit annual financial statements will no longer be granted via Banks with which Fina has entered into business cooperation agreements; instead, such rights will be granted by the user himself/herself through the e-Authorization system and access will be enabled through the e-Citizens system.

Fina will migrate to the new system all the existing users of the AFSR service who have already been granted rights via the Bank or FINA , while in the case of new users, starting from 03.02.2025 the contracting of the service should be made by the user himself/herself through the e-Authorization system.

This notice applies only to business entities which submit their annual financial statements, while in the case of non-profit organizations which submit their statistical reports, registration shall continue to be carried out through the Bank.

Additional information can be obtained at https://www.fina.hr/novosti/nova-e-rgfi-aplikacija-za-predaju-godisnjih-financijskih-izvjestaja or you may send an inquiry to the e-mail address info@fina.hr.

Best regards,
Privredna banka Zagreb d.d.

Notice to the Clients

Dear Customer(s),

Privredna banka Zagreb d.d. has prepared new tariffs / price list for transaction banking services for business entities, available on the Bank's web pages: (https://www.pbz.hr/en/velika-poduzeca/vel-poduz-opci-uvjeti-dokumenti.html), applicable as of 1 June 2023.
The following important changes should be singled out:

  • Fee for monthly account maintenance amount to €5
  • Use of electronic banking service per user amount to €5
  • Fee for collection (incoming payment) from other banks amount to €0.15 per transaction
  • Fee for electronic payment orders amount to €0.30 per order
  • Fee for statements in PDF and TXT format amount to €0.14 per page

Apart from the above listed fees, corrected have been also the fees charged for transactions through FINA for payments and statements, as well as the fees for providing information about solvency data/credit record (BON-2), and the fees for cash withdrawals at ATMs and POS devices.

It has been necessary to make changes to fee amounts in the tariffs for transaction banking services for business entities in order to make structural adjustments to the costs incurred by the Bank in the processes involving development of new products, harmonisation with regulatory requirements and execution of subject transactions.

Sincerely,
Privredna banka Zagreb d.d.
