PBZ tourist loan provides you with financial support to achieve them. From purchase to renovation, with favorable terms, it supports your ambitions and facilitates the path to your goal.
Take out a tourist loan
- For the purchase, construction, renovation or expansion of accommodation facilities or capacities.
- Possibility of increasing the loan amount by up to 10% of the loan amount for the purpose of recovering the costs of loan realization.
- Possible agreement on a grace period for loan repayment for a period of up to 12 months.
- Loan repayment in equal monthly annuities or monthly installments.
Loan users
Natural persons – consumers (residents*) who have a decision from the competent administrative body on approval for the provision of catering services in the household and who have been engaged in this activity for at least two years and who meet the Bank's lending conditions and who, with the loan application, enclose the documentation required for assessing creditworthiness and proving the purpose of the loan, and who will not be older than 65 years on the loan maturity date.
*In accordance with the Foreign Exchange Act, residents are considered natural persons with permanent residence in the Republic of Croatia or natural persons residing in the Republic of Croatia on the basis of a valid residence permit for at least one year or longer, except for diplomatic and consular representatives of foreign countries and members of their families.

- early repayment of tourist loans for the purposes listed above.
*Loans for the purpose of paying a down payment for the purchase are approved exclusively without a mortgage.

With mortgage:
- 20,000 - 250,000 EUR (for renovation up to 100,000 EUR)
Without mortgage:
- 5,000 - 44,000 EUR

Repayment period
- with mortgage: from 60 to 240 months
- without mortgage: from 13 to 120 months
