The payment card issued with the PBZ transaction account included in the Package enables:

• payment at physical or online points of sale
• withdrawing and depositing cash and using other services at ATMs or other devices.

PBZ Card Premium Visa cards

Exclusive package includes:

• Premium Visa Gold card or Premium Visa Gold card with a current account in PBZ or Visa card with a heart issued by PBZ Card d.o.o.
• Premium Visa Prepaid card

If the Package user has a previously contracted card, he can include it in the Package when contracting the Package or can submit a request for the card when contracting the Package or can subsequently request the card to be included in the Package.

If the Package user, in addition to the Premium Visa Gold card or Premium Visa Gold card with a current account in PBZ or Premium Visa Platinum or Premium Visa Platinum with a current account in PBZ issued by PBZ Card d.o.o., requests the issuance of a Premium Visa Prepaid card issued by PBZ Card d.o.o., the aforementioned prepaid card is also included in the Package.

Insurance

The insurer for the collective insurance policy for users of the Exclusive package of Privredna banka Zagreb d.d. is GENERALI osiguranje d.d.

The insurance contractor is Privredna banka Zagreb d.d., Radnička cesta 50, 10000 Zagreb.

The insurance beneficiaries/insured persons are natural persons/consumers who are users of the Exclusive package and who are entitled to compensation based on the insurance contract. The beneficiaries in the event of the death of the insured are the legal heirs of the insured. The beneficiary for other contracted coverage in accordance with the insurance contract is the insured himself.

This insurance product includes the following types and services of insurance:

• travel health insurance,
• home help assistance and
• car assistance.

Upon the occurrence of an insured event, it is necessary to immediately contact the Insurer's assistance and assistance service provider (Europ Assistance) by phone at the hotline number +385 1 688 8888, in order to provide the most appropriate assistance (assistance) depending on the event.
