Privredna banka Zagreb d.d. strives to continuously improve its digital channels to adapt them to the accessibility requirements set forth by the relevant legislation and inspired by the values of its own code of ethics.
The right to accessibility for persons with certain disabilities, the elderly or persons with certain perceptual impairments is one of the fundamental factors to which the Bank pays maximum attention, also through the constant review and maintenance of its digital channels and content.

Privredna banka Zagreb d.d. is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with the Law on Accessibility Requirements for Products and Services (NN, no. 89/2025).
Compliance level
This website is more compliant with the Law on Accessibility Requirements for Products and Services in the part relating to:
- the possibility of using assistive technology (e.g. NVDA or JAWS)
- the possibility of navigating through the content of the pages using the keyboard
- increasing the text font
- the possibility of increasing the contrast in relation to the background
- visible focus for most interactive elements
- the presence of alternative descriptions of images where possible
- the presence of subtitles for videos where possible
- significant improvement of the structure of the page (titles, reading order, tags)
- documents are more adapted to screen readers.
- highlighting of links with color and underlining.
Privredna banka Zagreb d.d. is continuously working on improving solutions that meet the accessibility requirements of its website in accordance with the Law.

This Statement was prepared on June 28, 2025 and was revised on March 2, 2026. The Statement is based on a review of a representative sample of websites by the national umbrella organization of people with disabilities.
