Privredna banka Zagreb d.d. strives to continuously improve its digital channels to adapt them to the accessibility requirements set forth by the relevant legislation and inspired by the values ​​of its own code of ethics.

The right to accessibility for persons with certain disabilities, the elderly or persons with certain perceptual impairments is one of the fundamental factors to which the Bank pays maximum attention, also through the constant review and maintenance of its digital channels and content.

Privredna banka Zagreb d.d. is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with the Law on Accessibility Requirements for Products and Services (NN, no. 89/2025).

This website is partially compliant with the Law on Accessibility Requirements for Products and Services in the part relating to:

• the possibility of using assistive technology (e.g.  NVDA ili JAWS),
• increasing the text font,
• the possibility of increasing the contrast compared to the background,
• highlighting links with color and underlining.

The content is limitedly accessible for the following reasons:

• Certain text-free content does not have a text alternative.
• Some of the uploaded documents are not available in machine-readable format.
• Some documents (.pdf, .xls, .doc) are not fully adapted to the screen reader.
• Videos on some pages do not have subtitles or audio descriptions. Assistive technologies cannot read subtitles embedded in videos.
• Navigation through page content is partially possible only via the keyboard.
• Some structural information (e.g. headings, navigation) is not correctly identified.
• The implemented content sometimes does not have the reading order set correctly.
• The contrast between text and background color is not always sufficient.
• Focus is absent and/or inconsistent.
• Some features are not accessible via keyboard navigation.
• The purpose of some links on pages is sometimes missing.
• On some interactive elements, the focus indicator is not visible in the keyboard user interface.
• In some cases, labels or instructions are not provided when the content requires user input.
• The implemented content has errors in marking and incorrect use of attributes.

Privredna banka Zagreb d.d. is continuously working on improving solutions that meet the accessibility requirements of its website in accordance with the Law.
