of PBZ ATMs

Privredna banka Zagreb d.d. strives to ensure that its ATM network is as accessible as possible to all users, including persons with certain disabilities, the elderly and persons with certain difficulties in movement, perception and communication, through continuous improvement of the accessibility of its services.

The right to accessibility is a fundamental value that the Bank actively implements, in accordance with relevant legislation and its own code of ethics.

Accessibility Statement

Privredna banka Zagreb d.d. is committed to making its ATM network accessible, in accordance with the Law on Accessibility Requirements for Products and Services (NN, no. 89/2025).

Compliance level

  • ATMs in use before June 28, 2025, continue to operate with existing functionalities and will remain available to users until the end of their service life, or up to 20 years from the start of use, in accordance with the transitional provisions of the Law.

 

  • All new ATMs installed after June 28, 2025, will comply with the accessibility requirements of the Law, including technical and functional features intended to ensure access for persons with disabilities, such as: a headphone jack that enables the use of voice guidance for visually impaired users, a voice menu that provides instructions through speech, tactile markings (Braille), etc.

This Statement was prepared on June 28, 2025. The self-assessment method conducted by Privredna banka Zagreb d.d. was used to prepare this Statement.
