Privredna banka Zagreb d.d. strives to continuously improve its digital channels to adapt them to the accessibility requirements set forth by the relevant legislation and inspired by the values of its own code of ethics.
The right to accessibility for persons with certain disabilities, the elderly or persons with certain perceptual impairments is one of the fundamental factors to which the Bank pays maximum attention, also through the constant review and maintenance of its digital channels and content.

Privredna banka Zagreb d.d. is committed to making the PBZ Digital Banking service accessible, in accordance with the Law on Accessibility Requirements for Products and Services (NN, no. 89/2025).
Compliance level
The PBZ Digital Banking service is partially compliant with the Law on Accessibility Requirements for Products and Services in the part relating to:
- the possibility of using assistive technology (e.g. VoiceOver, TalkBack) and
- increasing the text font.
The content is limitedly accessible for the following reasons:
- The screen reader does not interpret some elements (e.g. buttons) as interactive elements.
- Some interactive elements (e.g. buttons, toggle switches and links) are not reachable and usable from the keyboard.
- Some elements (e.g. buttons and toggle switches) do not have appropriate semantic labels.
- The mobile application is available only in the "portrait orientation" mode.
- The mobile application partially responds to user-defined text size and spacing settings.
- On some elements, color is used as the only feature for visual recognition.
- Some texts and elements do not have a satisfactory level of contrast.
Privredna banka Zagreb d.d. is continuously working on improving solutions that meet the accessibility requirements of its PBZ Digital Banking service in accordance with the Law.
