The PBZ Group project "Činim dobro svaki dan" was launched in 2008, and from the very beginning of this project the Group supported, through the funds raised, a project of the Ministry of Health entitled "Praćenje djece s neurorizicma".
In 2014, the project was expanded and since then it has also supported the project "Za bolji život djece u domovima socijalne skrbi" of the Ministry of Labour, Pension System, Family and Social Policy.

Today, through the funds it donates to the "Činim dobro svaki dan" project fund, the PBZ Group supports as many as four projects for the benefit of children and young people: "Srcem za djecu s malignim bolestima" and "Pomozimo oboljelima od rijetkih bolesti" of the Ministry of Health, as well as "Pomažemo djeci, pomažemo Zemlji" and "Za bolji život djece u domovima socijalne skrbi" of the Ministry of Labour, Pension System, Family and Social Policy.
For the "Činim dobro svaki dan" project, PBZ Card has also issued a special humanitarian card – the Visa card with a heart – through which funds are collected for the project.

The total amount of funds raised for the project "Činim dobro svaki dan" changes and grows on a daily basis, as for every transaction made with the Visa card with a heart, regardless of the amount and point of sale, the PBZ Group donates 10 euro cents to the project. As the collected funds grow, so does the number of donations made to social welfare homes and pediatric hospital departments throughout Croatia for the purchase of necessary equipment. To date, donations have been made to numerous hospitals and social welfare homes, covering all Croatian counties. By January 2026, a total of 101 donations had been made within the framework of this project.

In addition to donations made for each transaction, PBZ Card donates EUR 2 from each annual fee of primary cardholders and EUR 1.30 from the annual fee of additional cardholders to the project "Činim dobro svaki dan".
