LC Sustainability Awards 2024

The Corporate & SME Division of Intesa Sanpaolo’s International Subsidiary Banks Division (ISBD), thanks to a deal carried out by Privredna banka Zagreb (PBZ), part of Intesa Sanpaolo Group, was awarded the prize as best in the “International ESG Corporate Deal” category at the LC Sustainability Awards 2024 in Milan. PBZ is the sole financial partner in an investment that will improve sustainability effectiveness in the production process of a Croatian company  EcoCortec®  -  bioplastics and anticorrosion packaging company. The initiative confirms Intesa Sanpaolo's role as a leading bank in ESG, and contributes to the promotion of sustainability principles in the countries where ISBD is active. 
Giuseppe Ferraro, Head of Corporate and SMEs of the International Subsidiary Banks Division and Vedrana Jelušić Kašić,  Member of Management Board of PBZ, received the award along with the management of the Division and colleagues from PBZ.
