PBZ successfully arranged two minibond issuances

Privredna banka Zagreb, part of Intesa Sanpaolo's International Banks Division, successfully arranged two minibond issuances totaling EUR 13 million for Elda Drvo d.o.o. and Drvna Industrija Novoselec d.o.o., members of the Florian Group, which had previously issued minibonds in Italy.

The minibond issuance agreement was signed by Elvio Florian, President of the Management Board of Elda Drvo d.o.o. and Drvna Industrija Novoselec d.o.o., and, on behalf of PBZ, Andrija Hren, Executive Director, and Marino Goleš, Executive Director.

A long-standing client of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group in Italy, the Florian Group today comprises 19 companies operating across Europe and serving customers in 78 countries worldwide. The Group has been present in Croatia for more than 30 years and is an important participant in the country's wood-processing industry.

The proceeds of the issuances will support further business development in Croatia, investments in production capacities, technological advancements and the execution of the Group's long-term sustainable growth strategy. Florian's business model is strongly focused on sustainability, circular economy principles and energy independence.

This transaction is another example of successful cooperation within the Intesa Sanpaolo Group and our commitment to supporting companies that invest in growth, exports and long-term value creation.

To date, Privredna banka Zagreb, as the most active agent in the Croatian and Slovenian minibond markets, has successfully arranged 20 minibond issuances with a total value of EUR 124 million.
