Zagreb, 16 March 2026 - Privredna banka Zagreb (PBZ) hosted the 2026 edition of the IBD Roadshow. The event brought together the leadership of the International Banks Division of Intesa Sanpaolo, led by Paola Papanicolaou, Chief of IBD, accompanied by her team: Natascia Noveri, Head of IBD Retail & Wealth Management; Giuseppe Ferraro, Head of IBD Corporate, SME & Small Business; Alessandro Dordolo, Head of IBD Human Resources & Change Management; and Emiliano Bert, Head of IBD Platforms & Transformation.
During the Roadshow, the key guidelines and priorities of the Business Plan 2026–2029 were presented, emphasizing the importance of clear strategic direction, strong collaboration, and active team engagement in achieving shared goals — at both the local and international level. The event also highlighted commercial priorities, initiatives to enhance the customer experience, and the strategic pillars for the years ahead.
Dinko Lucić, President of the PBZ Management Board underlined: “Success is built on trust and cooperation — and achieved through clear direction and a strong team. The IBD Roadshow is not only an event, but a confirmation of our shared direction and the strength of coordinated action. It was a valuable moment to further clarify priorities, connect activities and reinforce our confidence that together we are stronger and ready for what lies ahead. The Roadshow reaffirmed PBZ’s strong position in the Croatian market and its role as a key SEE hub within the International Banks Division. PBZ remains committed to delivering fast, high-quality and accessible service through the largest branch network in the country, while further developing high-quality financial advisory for retail and corporate clients, based on digital innovation and the Group’s internationally recognized advisory expertise.“
A special part of the event was dedicated to recognizing and celebrating excellence within PBZ temas. Awards were presented to the Best Performers of 2025, whose dedication and achievements continue to set high standards across the Bank.
We extend our appreciation to Paola Papanicolaou and the IBD team for their visit and the strong momentum it provides for the period ahead, as well as to the Management Bord — Giuseppe Loforese, Andrea Pavlović, Alenka Prskalo, Hrvoje Dajak, Miroslav Halužan, Paolo Musso and Andrea Rigamonti, CEO of International Value Services — along with all PBZ teams from across Croatia whose contribution made this event both remarkable and inspiring.
