PBZ the Best Custodian Bank

We are proud to announce the outstanding results of Privredna banka Zagreb (PBZ), part of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, in the field of custody business. Specifically, according to the “Agent Banks in Frontier Markets Survey” of the world’s leading publication covering custody, Global Custodian magazine, PBZ not only has the best rated custody in the Croatian market, but also above-average custody in the EU and globally.

These are the results of the survey which represents a detailed perception of the main custody service providers in the “Frontier” markets by foreign institutional clients. Ratings were given by network managers and teams of the biggest global custodian banks, depositaries, and brokers for service areas such as: account management, asset safety, asset servicing, cash management and FX, client service, pricing, and technology. As regards the Croatian market, PBZ scored well above the average in every service area.

Survey results have been published in Global Custodian magazine, issued since 1989 and distributed to over 15,000 investment professionals across the world. Its surveys are regarded as a benchmark in the custody industry.
