Zagreb, 19 January 2026 – Privredna banka Zagreb (PBZ), part of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, was once again recognized as one of the best employers and won the Top Employer certificate for the fourth year in a row. This prestigious certificate is awarded by the Top Employers Institute, the global body that has been conducting detailed examinations and evaluations of the best HR practices of employers around the world for many years.
The quality of human resources management in PBZ was confirmed by the achieved very high results, with an increase in the overall rating compared to last year's certification.
The Bank achieved particularly strong scores in the areas of employee wellbeing, alumni networks, family-friendly policies, community engagement and volunteering programmes, employee recognition and reward initiatives, as well as the development of the internal talent market.
Privredna banka Zagreb remains the only financial institution in Croatia to hold this award in 2026, further confirming its long-standing commitment to creating a stimulating, inclusive and safe working environment.
