PBZ won the Top Employer Certificate Croatia 2025

Privredna banka Zagreb (PBZ), part of International Banks Division of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, has been recognized as the best employer by the Top Employers Institute, the global certification authority for excellence in human resources. PBZ is the winner of this prestigious international certificate for the third year in a row, which confirms quality in the field of human resources management. We are proud of this recognition as the only financial institution in Croatia that is in the group of four employers that were declared Top Employers in Croatia in 2025. We are also pleased that our parent bank Intesa Sanpaolo has been named one of the best employers in Europe and for the fourth year in a row in Italy.
