If you’re using 3 or more product groups at PBZ and/or members of the PBZ Group and you conduct your business orderly, you automatically become a user of Inovacija and you can achieve discounts on specific types of fees.
By using more product groups, the prices of individual product fees are lowered for up to 40%.
How to become a user of Inovacija
- a person who is a user of a certain number of product groups (at least three product groups) and conducts their business orderly, automatically becomes a user of Inovacija
- the amount of the granted discount on fees will be shown as a special transaction in the balance of your current account in EUR and in EUR and foreign currency, giro account in EUR and in EUR and foreign currency, PBZ Indeks plus student packages or cards
- by receiving an account or card statement and reviewing the activities and balance via online banking, the granted discount on a particular type of fee will be clearly visible
Product groups and achieving a discount
- group 1 - a current account in EUR and EUR and foreign currency, giro account in EUR and EUR and foreign currency, business account, passbook
- group 2 - online banking [PBZ Digital Banking] and PBZ365SMS
- group 3 - basic credit cards [revolving] and basic shopping cards (Mastercard and Visa Classic, PBZ Card Premium Visa)
- group 4 - basic credit cards [charge] (Mastercard and Visa Classic, PBZ Card Premium Visa)
- group 5 – loans
- group 6 - term savings
- group 7 - housing savings (taken over from PBZ stambena štedionica), investment certificates
- group 8 - shares in Eurizon Asset Management Croatia investment funds
Fees for which the discount is granted
- management fees for a current account in EUR and EUR and foreign currency, giro account in EUR and EUR and foreign currency and PBZ Indeks plus student package1
- monthly membership for online banking [PBZ Digital Banking]
- annual membership fee of basic/additional2 users by credit cards [revolving; shopping cards]
- annual membership fee of the basic3/additional2 user by credit card [charge]
- fee for concluding a housing savings contract
1 PBZ Indeks plus student package is included in the Inovacija award program from September 1, 2017.
2 The discount on the annual membership fee for the additional card is realized and calculated exclusively according to the product groups obtained by the basic user of the same card, regardless of how many product groups are used by the additional user.
3 The Visa card with the heart of the PBZ Card is exempt from the benefit of the discount for the annual membership fee.
