Contracting services via the mobile app is not available for the Huawei operating system (it is possible on Huawei devices with the Android operating system).
- The online process of contracting a current account and Digital Banking can be accessed by adult natural persons with a valid identity card of the Republic of Croatia issued after 1.8.2021. and residing in the Republic of Croatia.
- If the natural person does not have a transaction current account in euros or an On-line banking service [PBZ Digital Banking] already contracted with the Bank.
- If the natural person does not have any banking and/or financial services contracted with the Bank that the Bank provides, nor is he/she registered with the Bank as an authorized representative of the Bank's clients.
- He/she is not a politically exposed person.
- The online process of contracting a current account and Digital Banking can be accessed by adult individuals between 18 and 25 years of age with a valid Croatian ID card issued after 1.8.2021. and residing in the Republic of Croatia.
- If the individual does not already have a transaction current account in euros or an On-line banking service [PBZ Digital Banking] contracted with the Bank.
- If the individual does not have any banking and/or financial services provided by the Bank contracted with the Bank, nor is he/she registered with the Bank as an authorized representative of the Bank's clients.
- He/she is not a politically exposed person.
1. Which products and services can be contracted online?
Depending on your needs, you can contract:
- PBZ young current account (18 - 25 years old) and PBZ Digital Banking, or
- regular PBZ current account and PBZ Digital Banking.
2. Where can I find information about the offer?

3. Why contract an account online and not in a branch?
You can now become a client of the Bank quickly and easily, completely online, without having to go to a branch.
4. What information is required for online contracting?
The same information is required for online contracting as when contracting in a PBZ branch. Prepare your ID card and follow the steps in the process.
5. Can I only contract a account without Digital Banking?
PBZ current account in euros and PBZ Digital Banking are contracted online.
6. What mobile number can I use?
Registration is possible with all mobile numbers except for a mobile number from the USA.
7. Do I get a card when contracting a current account?
After contracting a PBZ current account, you will receive a Visa Inspire card at your address.

8. What should I do if I do not receive a registration email?
Check that you have entered your email address correctly, re-enter it or check your spam folder.
9. What should I do if I do not receive a registration SMS?
Check that you have entered your mobile number correctly.
10. How is identification carried out?
It is necessary to take a photo of the front and back of the ID card, enable the transfer of data from the ID card and take a photo with a mobile device (take a selfie).
11. What documents are required for contracting?
For online contracting, an undamaged valid ID card issued after August 1, 2021 is required. Contracting cannot be accessed with any other identification document.
12. Can the process be continued later?
Yes, you can continue the contracting process within 30 days from the day you started the process.
13. How to enter personal data?
It is important to enter the data exactly as it is stated on the ID card (without abbreviations).
14. Where can I find signed contracts?
Signed contracts and documents can be found in PBZ digital banking, under the My documents menu.
15. When does my account become active?
Your current account and PBZ Digital Banking service are ready to use immediately after the process is completed.
