Switching your account to PBZ
Decided to change your bank for financial operations?
You can switch your current account or giro account in EUR or current and giro account in EUR and foreign currency to PBZ quickly and simply! Visit your nearest PBZ branch office, sign the authorisation to switch your account to PBZ and leave the rest to us. We will transfer a part or all of your positive balance from the other bank’s account, redirect your steady and other incomes to your new PBZ account, transfer all or specific standing orders and direct debits and close the account at the other bank.

- Find your nearest PBZ branch office.
- Step 2
- Prepare all the required documents
*You will need a valid identification document (identity card or passport), your personal identification number (OIB) and the other bank’s account card. You will also need to provide information on the services you want to transfer (standing orders and direct debits) and sign the authorisation at the Bank.
- Step 3
- The transfer of products and services to PBZ will be completed within 12 working days.
