PBZ Won the Top Employer Certificate Croatia 2024

Zagreb, 31 January 2024 - Privredna banka Zagreb (PBZ), a member of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group, was recognized as the best employer by the Top Employers Institute.
According to the criteria of the Top Employers Institute program, an international examination of the success of companies in the field of human resources, which has been conducted for over 30 years, for the second year in a row PBZ is the winner of this prestigious certificate confirming its quality in the human resources.
The Top Employers Institute is a global body for recognizing excellence in human resources. It is an institution whose HR experts audit, evaluate and certify companies based on the results of a survey on the best HR practices. This survey covers six HR domains: steer, shape, attract, develop, engage, unite. Within these domains, 20 topics were assessed including strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance, career, learning, wellbeing, employee listening, values, ethics and integrity, diversity, equality and inclusion, sustainability etc. It was necessary to answer 255 questions, and an interview with HR experts was also conducted. The Bank achieved very high results in the area of sustainability and diversity, as well as in the area of ethics and integrity, wellbeing, lerning, and a well-established work environment.
"As part of the 2024 program, over 2300 companies in 121 countries have been certified. These certified Top Employers positively impact the lives of over 12 million employees globally" the Top Employers Institute pointed out.
On the occasion of the announcement of the winner of this prestigious international Top Employer certificate, Dinko Lucić, President of the Management Board of PBZ, said: "We are proud of this recognition as the only financial institution in Croatia that is in the group of four employers that were declared Top Employers in Croatia 2024. The Top Employer certificate is yet another acknowledgment of quality and continuous investment in our employees and concern for their satisfaction. This recognition gives us an additional encouragement to continue with excellent results in the human resources.
