Zagreb, 13 December 2024 - Privredna banka Zagreb (PBZ), part of Intesa Sanpaolo Group's International Banks Division (IBD), acted as the sole issuing agent and investor for Texo Molior’s corporate bond. This sixth issue of minibonds within the Minibond initiative supported by the Department for Corporate, SME, Small Business of IBD enables Texo Molior to raise funds on the Croatian capital market for the purpose of future growth and development. The contract was signed by Marsel Friedl, Member of the Managament Board of Texo Molior, Dinko Lucić, President of the Management Board of PBZ and Vedrana Jelušić Kašić, Member of the Management Board of PBZ responsible for the Corporate and SME Division.
In the following period, Texo Molior will issue minibonds with a total nominal amount of EUR 10 million. Texo Molior is a company from Cavtat with a history of dynamic development that can be traced through successfully completed construction and reconstruction projects at local, regional and international levels. Texo Molior’s field of activity is comprehensive in construction, and the list of satisfied clients so far in the sectors of tourism, shipping and transport, energy and environmental protection includes numerous private investors, corporations, public bodies and various institutions.
The Managament Board of Texo Molior unanimously assesses that: "The issuance of minibonds clearly demonstrates the confidence of the stakeholders in the strategic vision and financial stability of the company, as well as its strong position in the construction sector, and with additional investment in the latest technologies, Texo Molior will continue to build trust and expertise in the construction sector , which will further strengthen the competitiveness of Croatian engineering and construction in the region."
