The Art of Saving - PBZ prepared many activites

The Art of Saving - PBZ has prepared a series of activities on the occasion of the World Savings Day

Zagreb, October 27, 2021 - As part of the international initiative of Intesa Sanpaolo and the Museum of Savings in Turin - The Art of Saving, Privredna banka Zagreb (PBZ), member of Intesa Sanpaolo Group, traditionally continues with numerous activities for schools on the occasion of the World Savings Day (which is celebrated on October 31).

In view of the limitations due to the emergency situation caused by the pandemic, workshops are currently not possible in schools, so in cooperation with the Museum of Savings in Turin (Museo del Risparmio) we have prepared an educational video about savings entitled "The price of our dreams“ for children aged 6 to 10. The video workshop was published on the PBZ YouTube channel, it lasts 8 minutes, but has an interactive approach so it takes an entire school hour for the children to complete the tasks suggested in the video.
In addition, high school students and their teachers can watch a webinar published on the PBZ YouTube channel called "What do I need to know about the digital world?", created in collaboration with PBZ and the Safer Internet Centre (Centar za sigurniji Internet). In the webinar, the famous YouTuber Malajski Tapir talks about topics such as: free games and their earnings, the security of online shopping.

In order to ensure the continuity of the project, PBZ has prepared the competition "Professions of the Future" for primary schools, and all schools interested in joining the competition can contact us at csr@pbz.hr;  and check the details of the competition on our corporate website and social networks. In the competition, it is necessary for the classes to creatively present their views on the professions of the future, and as an introduction to the topic, the listed educational videos are available to the classes. In addition to educational videos, the possibility of a virtual visit to the Museum of Savings in Turin is also offered on our social media.

We are glad that the initiative will be extended to kindergartens as well because the educational video material that we have prepared is also suitable for preschool children.
