VAŽNA OBAVIJEST – POTRES U ZAGREBU / KORONAVIRUS

We would like to inform you that, despite the earthquake in Zagreb, there were no disruptions in the PBZ IT system work, and, based on the first examinations, no damage was observed on the Bank's HQ building in Radnička cesta, Zagreb.

One part of the branch offices in Zagreb will be closed due to safety reasons until all necessary examinations are made by the specialist services in order to establish any possible damage on the buildings and the installations. Temporarily closed branch offices will be opened as soon as they meet the requirements, and each new change in the working hours will be updated on the Bank's website.

Due to the adopted preventive protection measures against the coronavirus (COVID-19), all the other branch offices in Croatia will be open for clients based on the new adapted working hours.

We would like to stress that, if your presence at a branch office is necessary due to a more complex transaction, we kindly ask that you comply with the recommendations and measures of the competent health services and state authorities. We would kindly ask our clients to continue to use digital banking services, ATMs and card payments more frequently.
