The new version of the app is available for minimum operating system versions iOS 15.0 or higher and Android 8.0 or higher.

The availability time* of the new version of the mobile app depends on the individual application store (AppStore, Google Play Store, Huawei AppGallery).The availability of the new version can be checked:

  • type PBZ mobile banking in the search field in the corresponding application store
  • next to the mobile app icon, select the Update option

*In case the new version of the mobile app is not visible in the list of applications for update, type PBZ mobile banking in the store and check the availability of the update directly by clicking on the app icon.

Important:

We remind you that you DO NOT DELETE the existing mobile app from your mobile device, but only update it with the new version.

From now on, you can complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) questionnaire completely online, without the need to go to a branch.

With timely notification of expiration, non-compliance or incomplete data, you have access to your data at any time and the ability to update it.

Discover the enhanced daily savings #withSAVE:

  • Set one or more goals you want to save for and track your savings progress
  • If you want to save continuously, activate the recurring payment option: set an amount that will be automatically transferred to #withSAVE savings each month.

  • The online and mobile applications are adapted for use by blind and partially sighted people, as well as people with certain visual impairments.

 

  • Thanks to simpler navigation, readability, contrast and size of graphic and interactive elements have been improved.

  • Instant Access to Most Used Features: Customize and access your most important features directly from the mobile app login screen using the Quick Access option.
  • Vertical and Horizontal Menu Display: In addition to the existing menu, you can quickly access key features such as Payments, Cards, Offers and Chat in the horizontal menu.
