How do I get monthly statements for my transaction account?

  • you can find the statements in the Settings menu, Statements submenu
  • selecting the Accounts category will open the submenu where you can change the delivery method for the transaction account statements and fee reports.

How do I issue mobile app codes on my own?

In the Settings menu of internet banking app, Devices submenu, you can initiate issuing mobile app activation codes by selecting the button Mobile banking application*.

  • you can create codes by selecting Redistribution
  • confirm that you have access to a mobile device with the corresponding phone number
  • on the next screen, you can start downloading the code for activation following the screen instructions: scanning the QR code allows you to load the first part of the code, while the other part will be sent via SMS to your phone number

*With the aim of additional security and protection, the issuing of codes for the activation of the PBZ mobile banking app via PBZ internet banking has been temporarily disabled. New registration codes for application activation can be requested at any PBZ branch.

What is #withSIGN and how do I use it?

What is #withSIGN and how do I use it?

#withSIGN is a qualified electronic signature with legal validity corresponding to handwritten signature. It is protected with a certificate password, and is used to sign contracts for the usage of bank and financial services (fast loans, savings deposits, standing orders etc.) using remote communication means (online banking). These products cannot be contracted without having activated the #withSIGN qualified electronic signature, and, in the process of contracting the services, the system will request contracting the #withSIGN if it has not been previously contracted.

You can contract #withSIGN within the Settings menu. When contracting the #withSIGN qualified electronic signature, you will receive a qualified certificate for electronic signature, and you will have to define the certificate password.

If you wish to, you can revoke the certificate in the app Settings.

The password can be subsequently changed if you know it, and if not, you will have to revoke the certificate and re-issue it.

Where do I find my user number?

Where do I find my user number?

You can find the user number by selecting the Personal Data icon on the header of the home screen of the desktop app, under My personal data, under the category Settings. The user number is also shown within the #withKEY authentication system.
