Payment account with a package of free services.

The client can have only one payment account that contains a package of free services, regardless of the fact that he can have several payment accounts to which he receives regular income.

* The package of free services includes the use of the Internet app of the On-line banking service [PBZ digital banking] with the PBZ mToken (authentication and authorization application).

**Within the package of free services for pensioners and consumers who belong to the sensitive group referred to in Article 24, paragraph 9 of the Act, the bank does not charge a fee for services that allow cash withdrawals from payment accounts at counters in PBZ branches and PBZ ATMs.

No fee is charged for services from the free service package included with the payment invoice.

As part of the package, pensioners and consumers who belong to the sensitive group referred to in Article 24, paragraph 9 of the Act are not charged a fee for services that allow cash withdrawals from payment accounts at counters in PBZ branches and at PBZ ATMs.

In addition to the services in the package, direct debits, debit card payments at online sales points, credit transfers, including standing orders, are also available in the PBZ branch office and through the On-line banking service [PBZ digital banking], for which a fee can be charged only if the client is otherwise charged in accordance with the Bank's Tariff (available only in croatian language).
